Google Slides can be used for way more than just presentations. It can be a welcome bellringer screen, a powerful graphics tool, a collaboration resource, a drag and drop question creator, a video playlist, a content organizer, and more. In this tutorial, we are going to use Google Slides to create a video style presentation that uses pictures and music, and can be set to play automatically. Step 1) Create your title slide. Using Google Calendar Appointment Slots

Google Calendar has a built-in feature called appointment slots, that allows you to create intervals of time that students, or parents, can sign up for to see you. Zoom Sound Notifications

If you are teaching in the hybrid model and having students Zoom into your live classes, you might want to consider adjusting your "Sound Notification Settings" when someone joins or leaves your Zoom meeting. This way you have an audio clue when a student needs to be let in from the waiting room. Go to https://zoom.us/profile/setting Scroll down to your "In Meeting (Basic)" settings Toggle on "Sound notification when someone joins or leaves."
