Now that we are using Google Calendar, you might find it helpful to invite others to an event you've added. For example, you can invite a co-teacher to a meeting, a specialist in to help you, or a principal to a Zoom conference. You'll also be able to see when they are available, so you can suggest a time that works for both of you. Here's how:

Using Google Calendar Appointment Slots

Google Calendar has a built-in feature called appointment slots, that allows you to create intervals of time that students, or parents, can sign up for to see you. These directions can be used for create office hours, parent teacher conferences, tryouts, or anything else you can think of.
