Google Calendar has a built-in feature called appointment slots, that allows you to create intervals of time that students, or parents, can sign up for to see you. These directions can be used for create office hours, parent teacher conferences, tryouts, or anything else you can think of.
You can also "book" yourself, to reserve a block of time, and directly invite a student, parent, colleague, or administrator to your appointment. *That appointment time will remain available UNTIL the other person accepts the invitation.*
