It's possible, and here's how: When determining your start and end times, it always goes by total seconds. So, you may need to do some math. Using Google Calendar Appointment Slots

Google Calendar has a built-in feature called appointment slots, that allows you to create intervals of time that students, or parents, can sign up for to see you. These directions can be used for create office hours, parent teacher conferences, tryouts, or anything else you can think of.
